CP Rap - english verse: the soufflé recipe

Yo.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
Melt the butter, stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Cook and stir until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in milk, until smooth and thickened.
Separate eggs.
Beat the yolks and add 50 ml of the warm mixture to it.
Add the rest, and combine thoroughly.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until it reaches stiff peaks.
Mix a little bit of the beaten egg whites into the warm mixture.
Add the remaining warm mixture, mix gently so that the mixture does not deflate.
Prepare ramekins. Coat the interior with butter, and add flour to the sides.
Pour the mixture into the ramekins approximately 3/4 of the height. Clean the sides to enable maximum rise.
Bake in the oven until risen and the top is slightly brown.
Serve immediately before it sinks back.

prep the ramekins, butter and flour the interior
pour in, not too full, stay low in the carrier

clean the sides so it rises and won't fall back
onto a baking sheet and into the oven, mid rack
make sure it's risen well and the top's not black
